Do I need to sign a long term contract?
A contract is not required with The Canal Facility Services. We will develop a detailed proposal and task schedule tailored to meet your needs and budget. You can make adjustments to your cleaning requirements at any time, and your representative will implement the necessary changes and inform you of any pricing revisions. Additionally, you may cancel your commercial cleaning service with 30 days’ written notice.
Do you supply everything required?
We supply all the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to carry out the tasks outlined in our agreement with you. Additionally, you have the option to have us provide various consumable goods for your facility, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap, at an added cost.
How do you maintain worksite quality?
The Canal Facility Services’ Quality Assurance Program is designed to establish a continuous method of evaluating and monitoring janitorial services. What steps are taken to safe guard our building security?

We enforce a strict policy regarding all keys and security passes issued. Our employees wear company uniforms and carry ID badges, ensuring they are clearly identifiable at all times while on the job.
Are all of your employees background check?
At The Canal Facility Services, we recognize that security and trust are paramount concerns. To ensure compliance with customer needs and preserve your peace of mind, we have developed the Clearance Chek’d certification program. This program includes a comprehensive police and criminal record check, along with identity and previous employment verification. All janitorial staff working on your cleaning program will have ID verification and a clean criminal record clearance through this initiative.
